About Affordable Desk Co

Affordable Desk Co is a small, independent website about affordable desk setups: how to put together a comfortable, tidy home office without overspending. Each guide starts from a real problem, such as a cramped desk, a dim room or tangled cables, and then collects what published reviews and manufacturer pages say about good-value gear.

How the guides are made

We read published reviews, manufacturer pages and retailer listings, and we write down what they report. We have not tested the products ourselves, and every pro and con on the site names the source it came from. Sources are linked at the bottom of each guide, and some of them earn money from affiliate links themselves, which we note where we know it.

How we plan to make money

We plan to apply to affiliate programs, which pay a commission when a reader buys through a link at no extra cost to them. We have not been approved for any program yet, so the links on this site are plain links today. Read the full affiliate disclosure.

Our standards

• We say clearly when a pick is based on other people’s published research rather than our own testing.
• We do not quote prices or ratings we have not just checked; we say “check current price”.
• We correct mistakes when we find them.
